Experienced Baker - Aalborg, Denmark


We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Mix doughs and batters using commercial mixers and other equipment
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate pastries and desserts using icing, glazes, toppings, etc.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean workstations and equipment after each use
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Baker
- Knowledge of different types of doughs and batters as well as baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and produce consistent results
- Creativity in decorating pastries and desserts is preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or containers
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
