Senior Architect - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers and contractors to bring projects to fruition.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports, proposals, specifications, and other project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Proven leadership skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
