Junior Game Developer
As a Junior Game Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of new video games and improving existing ones. You will work closely with senior developers and designers to create engaging and innovative gaming experiences for our players. This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement game features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into game development process
- Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as C++, Java, or Python
- Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine
- Passion for gaming and staying updated on latest trends in the industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
Salary:
This is a part-time position offering a salary of 1600$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Roskilde, Denmark. While accommodation is not provided, we can assist with finding suitable housing if needed.
