Industrial Architect

We are a leading architecture firm in Porto, seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and be able to create innovative and functional spaces for our clients. As an Industrial Architect, you will collaborate with our team to develop designs that meet the needs of our clients while also adhering to all building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial spaces
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to understand the project site and any limitations or challenges
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly and make any necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficient in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
