We are seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and managing the construction process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented according to plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor construction progress
