Part-Time Tutor in Svalbard

We are seeking a qualified and experienced tutor to join our team in Svalbard. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of all ages and levels in various subjects. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in tutoring or teaching
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject(s) you will be teaching
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Excellent communication skills and patience with students of all ages and levels
- Biometric passport for international applicants (optional)
- Ability to provide accommodation for yourself (optional)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lessons based on student's needs and curriculum requirements
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions as needed
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and any concerns
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students
