Plumber



The Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings. This part-time position requires a skilled and experienced individual with the ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of plumbing, including pipefitting, soldering, troubleshooting and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair pipes, fixtures, fittings and appliances related to water distribution and drainage systems
- Perform general plumbing duties such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks and replacing damaged pipes
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems and provide appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used and time spent on each job
- Adhere to safety standards at all times to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
- Proficient in pipefitting, soldering, welding and other plumbing techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Physical stamina and strength required for lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Valid plumber's license preferred but not required

Location:
This position is located in La-Condamine. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
