Land Surveyor Assistant
Our company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor Assistant to join our team in Greenland. As an assistant, you will work closely with our experienced land surveyors to assist in conducting accurate and efficient surveys for various construction and land development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating surveying equipment such as total stations, levels, GPS receivers, and drones.
- Conduct field surveys using various techniques including traversing, leveling, and GPS measurements.
- Collect data and record measurements accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of survey reports and maps using computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols while working on site.
Requirements:
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one.
- No prior experience necessary but a strong interest in the field of land surveying is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to accurately collect and record data.
- Proficiency in using computer software for drafting such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS.
- Physical fitness for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of land surveying.
