Location: Pula, Croatia



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundryman to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various foundry equipment and performing tasks related to the production of metal castings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate foundry equipment such as furnaces, molds, ladles, and pouring devices
- Monitor melting processes and adjust furnace temperatures as needed
- Prepare molds by cleaning, assembling, and coating with refractory materials
- Pour molten metal into molds according to specified procedures
- Remove castings from molds and perform finishing operations such as grinding or sandblasting
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a foundryman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of foundry processes and equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one
- Attention to detail with strong quality control skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1200 per month
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
