Restaurant Manager - Student Friendly

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our student-friendly restaurant in Porto. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and efficient individual with a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as special promotions or events
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones based on customer feedback
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff training
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
