We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Cashier to join our team at a retail store in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Handle cash and credit card payments, issue receipts and change
- Answer customer inquiries and assist with product location or information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Monitor inventory levels and help with restocking shelves when needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a cash register or POS system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
