As an Office Manager for our company in Roskilde, your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing and coordinating office procedures, and ensuring efficient and smooth workflow within the office. This position is suitable for men who are looking to start their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and coordinate office procedures, including filing systems, invoicing, and budgeting
- Ensure efficient communication between different departments and teams within the company
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary assistance
- Assist with recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required for this position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
