Our company in Roskilde is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and recording expenses
- Create and maintain an efficient filing system for important documents
- Monitor office supplies inventory and order necessary items when needed
- Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, clients, and visitors
- Maintain a professional appearance of the office space at all times
- Train new employees on office procedures and standards
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: 1600$ per month without accommodation
Location: Roskilde
