We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to fabricate metal parts and products according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
- Measure workpieces with precision measuring instruments
- Select appropriate cutting tools based on materials being used
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Turner preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong technical skills in operating machine tools
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if not a Norwegian national
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
