We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components of solar energy systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement and configuration for solar panels.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and comply with local building codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing solar systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Keep accurate records of installation projects and maintain inventory of necessary equipment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and basic carpentry skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Own visa or eligibility to work in La-Condamine.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional technical training or certifications in solar energy installation is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
