Part-Time Handyman in Fonvieille


We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Handyman to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks around our property.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of property grounds
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Assist with moving furniture or equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar handyman role preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
