Part-Time Fullstack Developer for Biometric Passport System in Lisbon

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team in Lisbon on a part-time basis. As our company works on developing a new biometric passport system, we are looking for an individual with expertise in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development, databases, security protocols, and API integration. They will be responsible for implementing new features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall functionality and security of the biometric passport system. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the front-end of the biometric passport system using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Design and implement efficient back-end solutions using Java or Python
- Integrate APIs from various sources to enhance functionality
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly interfaces
- Troubleshoot issues and perform bug fixes as needed
- Monitor website performance and make necessary optimizations
- Maintain database integrity and implement security measures to protect sensitive data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Java or Python
- Experience with API integration
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of security protocols for web development
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Lisbon (remote work may be possible)
