Entry-Level Concierge

As an Entry-Level Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at a luxury hotel in Alta, Norway. Your main duties will include greeting guests, responding to their inquiries and requests, arranging transportation and reservations, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized lobby area, managing luggage and packages for guests, and handling any guest complaints or issues.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. A friendly and approachable demeanor is also necessary to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. While previous experience as a concierge is preferred, it is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As an entry-level employee, you will receive on-the-job training and support from our experienced team members. While accommodation is not provided, we can assist you in finding suitable housing options in the area.
