Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to upper management
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
