Job Title: Project Manager (Esbjerg, Denmark)


We are currently hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare regular status reports for management and clients
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, engineering)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, planning, risk management, and quality assurance principles
