Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their website needs and ensure their vision is accurately translated into the design
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts to clients
- Develop responsive websites that are optimized for various devices and platforms
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the client's brand identity
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web design
- Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are properly implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience designing for multiple platforms (desktop, mobile)
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
