Senior Architect - Chelyabinsk, Pakistan


We are in search of an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on time. This role is suitable for English speaking men with a strong background in architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Take charge of project management from concept to completion, ensuring high quality design and construction standards are maintained
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Manage project teams consisting of engineers, designers, and other architects
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
