The city of Chelyabinsk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team of professionals. We are looking for an innovative individual who can bring their expertise and creativity to help shape the future development of our city.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop plans that meet their needs while adhering to city codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts and designs for various architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Oversee construction progress and ensure quality control
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or public projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Ability to lead a team and mentor junior architects
