Senior Architect in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of various architectural projects
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes and regulations
- Manage a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Review and approve design plans prepared by junior architects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (knowledge of Russian is preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
