Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail stores, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Oversee construction process from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with plans
- Manage project budget and timeline
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans
- Resolve any design or construction issues that may arise

Salary: $1700 per month (without accommodation)
