Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Establish project goals and objectives
- Coordinate project teams and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines and deliverables
- Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and risk management
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications
- Experience working on international projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
