Senior Commercial Architect

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings in the city of Ufa. Your main duties will include creating project proposals, developing design concepts, and coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure all deadlines and specifications are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are followed.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of commercial building design principles and possess excellent project management skills. A degree in Architecture or a related field is required, as well as at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture. Additionally, proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software is preferred.

This position is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for creating innovative and functional commercial spaces. The salary for this full-time job is $1200 per month without accommodation provided. Biometric passport holders are preferred but not required.
