Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Braga. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, facilities, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project design
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints using design software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress of projects
- Conduct quality control checks during construction phase

Salary: 1700$ per month (part-time)
