Retail Sales Associate - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and ensure products are labeled with accurate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Promote sales by showcasing product features and benefits
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Process exchanges or returns according to company policies
- Meet sales goals set by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail or sales is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
-Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Qatar residency or valid work permit
-Familiarity with retail POS systems is an asset

Benefits:
