Indian Barista (Seasonal, No Experience Required)


We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Indian Baristas in Al Ahmadi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service to our patrons. This is a seasonal job that does not require any previous experience or English proficiency, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to enter the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all beverages are presented in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station, equipment, and dining area
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Must be Indian national with valid residency in Al Ahmadi
- No previous experience or English proficiency required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a monthly salary of 1100$. Accommodation will not be provided.
