Barista

We are a busy coffee shop located in Al Ahmadi and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers with speed, accuracy, and a friendly attitude. You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to established recipes
- Ensure quality control of all beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in a high-volume establishment
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must have own visa for employment in Kuwait
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
