Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's services to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your strong communication skills and persuasive abilities will be essential in negotiating contracts and closing deals. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze market trends will help drive revenue growth for the hotel. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through networking
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competition
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring they align with hotel policies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to create promotional materials and packages
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress regularly
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the hotel's services
- Stay updated on industry news, market changes, and competitor strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed

Salary: 1400$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Kolding (accommodation provided if needed)
