Insurance Adjuster

We are hiring an experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Split. As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and compensation. You will analyze policies, review medical and legal documents, interview witnesses, and negotiate settlements with policyholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. We offer visa sponsorship for non-citizens and encourage women to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage for claims
- Gather and analyze information from various sources such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements
- Conduct interviews with policyholders, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claim
- Evaluate damages and injuries to determine appropriate compensation
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Document all findings and decisions in detailed reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
