We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager for our company in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and systems of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with business objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, networks, and other technology systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and backup measures are in place
- Manage the IT budget and negotiate with vendors for best prices on hardware/software purchases
- Stay updated with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, data protection laws, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
