Architecture Manager

An architecture firm in Esbjerg is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee and manage projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, as well as experience in project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Oversee all phases of project development, including planning, design, construction, and budgeting
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are meeting design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Esbjerg
