Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Karachi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, and no prior experience is required. We offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their meal
- Handle any complaints or special requests from customers
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and work stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items to increase revenue

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tables at once while maintaining composure under pressure
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn
