We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Almada. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS, total station, and laser levels.
- Create accurate maps and reports based on survey data.
- Analyze and interpret survey data to determine boundary lines, elevations, and other important information.
- Provide guidance to construction teams on land use and potential obstacles based on survey results.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor.
- Familiarity with surveying tools such as GPS, total station, and laser levels.
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to different job sites as needed.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Almada. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
