Land surveyor vacancy in Almada Portugal

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Almada. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction and development projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect accurate measurements
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure survey data is accurately incorporated into project plans
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while conducting surveys
- Keep accurate records of all survey activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Preference:
- Experience working in construction or development projects in Almada
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding land surveys
