Architectural Designer
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia
Salary: 1600$ per month


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various construction projects. You must have experience in using CAD software and must be able to effectively communicate your ideas to clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs for both residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to determine design requirements and specifications
- Use CAD software to produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and construction drawings
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Continuously research and implement new design techniques and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
