Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to identify trends, patterns and correlations in data, and communicate your findings through visualizations and reports.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and correlations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
