Senior Architect - Siauliai, Lithuania

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all technical and aesthetic requirements. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the design concept for various projects
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Conduct feasibility studies and site surveys
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with contractors to ensure quality construction
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other drafting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Salary: 1100$ per month
