Job Title: Android Developer

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. Your primary focus will be the development of user interfaces and features, as well as troubleshooting and debugging to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance
- Ensure code quality, organization, and automation through testing and code reviews
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in mobile application development for Android
- Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Extensive knowledge of the Android SDK, UI design principles, and best practices
- Experience working with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month without accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets for all nationalities.
