Elevator Installer

The Elevator Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing elevators and other vertical transportation systems in the city of Oslo. The ideal candidate will have experience in elevator installation and a strong mechanical background. This is a part-time position that does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble elevator components according to blueprints and specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on elevators to ensure they operate safely and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with elevators or related equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on progress or address any concerns
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times while working on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in elevator installation or a related field
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints
- Good physical stamina for working in confined spaces and lifting heavy equipment
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in elevator installation or maintenance
- Familiarity with specific brands or models of elevators
- Experience working with hydraulic lifts

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
