Job Title: Solar Installer Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer Technician to join our team in Bergen. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and other related equipment for residential and commercial clients. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe installation of solar systems while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best location for solar panel installation
- Install mounting systems, wiring, inverters, and other components needed for solar panel installation
- Perform electrical wiring connections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure all installations are done accurately and safely according to industry standards
- Conduct regular maintenance on installed solar systems to ensure optimal performance
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for installations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training in solar energy preferred
- Proven experience in solar panel installation, with knowledge of electrical wiring techniques
- Familiarity with various types of mounting systems used in the industry
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
