We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate plans and blueprints
