Commercial Architect

We are a leading architectural firm in Alta seeking a talented Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Prior experience working on commercial projects preferred
- Strong design skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models for commercial buildings
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure successful execution of the project
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Make necessary adjustments or changes to designs as needed.
