Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As an Industrial Architect, you will use your expertise in designing and planning industrial spaces to create functional and efficient work environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and constraints
- Develop detailed designs and plans for industrial buildings, including layout, materials, and structural systems
- Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Review project budgets and timelines regularly to ensure they are met within designated parameters
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations to incorporate into design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Mauren (accommodation provided)
