Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient layouts. Your role will also involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into designs
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and materials

This is a full-time position based in Faisalabad. We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
