We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team in Siauliai. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. Your main goal will be to enhance the overall user experience by implementing intuitive navigation, clear layout, and attractive design elements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and create mockups for approval
- Design and develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
- Ensure that all websites are mobile responsive and optimized for various devices
- Conduct regular testing to ensure functionality and identify any potential issues or bugs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong understanding of user interface (UI) design principles
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is an on-site position in Siauliai, Lithuania. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
