Senior Computer Systems Analyst



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Vilnius. Our company provides IT solutions for various industries, and we are looking for a talented individual to lead our team in analyzing and designing computer systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, with at least 5 years of experience as a systems analyst. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as they will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and collaborating with clients to understand their business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for system solutions
- Lead a team of analysts in designing, implementing, and testing new computer systems
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for system implementations
- Communicate project progress and any issues to stakeholders
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a computer systems analyst
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Experience with database management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Proven track record of successful system implementations

Salary:
Our company offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible to work in Lithuania.
